“Our house is a classic house from the first half of 20th century, and had a problem – old sewage line, built from clay elements. Multiple snake-cleanings didn’t remove the roots from the drains. After calling DrainWorks, the inspection with a video camera and estimation of the problem happened in two days. They were ready to dig and remove the old sewage line the next day. We agreed, and their team took out the old drains – we saw roots at every clay connection. DrainWorks installed new PVC plastic line in a day – under the basement, under the front porch, all the way to the connection to city propery. They installed new cleanouts for us, this time bidirectional. They run again the video camera and showed us the new seagw inside, all the length. They finished the basement floor, and 48 hours after they started to dig we had again all facility, with lifetime warranty. Two days later DrainWorks inspector came to check one more time the completion of the project. Drainworks were very flexible to make changes in the project as it was taking place, and even suggested some improvements all included in the initially agreed price – removing washer sink, replacing plumbing taps.
