“Bathroom sink was slow draining for months and then finally just blocked right up. Tried to snake it out myself but just couldn’t get to the block. Found Drainworks through a Google search. Watched the Youtube video. Decided to take a shot. Called up around 930 pm last night. Asked for an 830 am slot. The booked me in for Saturday morning which I was cool with. Then they called tonight and said they could send someone out tonight if we wanted. Said “sure – why not.” Jeremy came over. Super polite. Handed me his business card before coming in the door. Clean cut. Very professional. Puts on those little red slip ons. I describe the situation. He treats my like an adult who more or less knows what I am talking about. And gets right to it.He snaked 14 feet of pipe. My little amateur snake is only 10 feet long. And I was only able to get the snake 5 feet into the drain. Sure enough the block is a wad of hair the side of your hand. Very disgusting. As he filled the sink to test things out he carefully cleaned up everything and wiped down all the walls under the sink and then cleaned the sink. Now the drain works super well. “I had a backed up drain in my bathtub to the point that no water was going down. After giving up trying to snake the problem myself, I called 5 companies at 7:00 o’clock on a Friday night.All of the companies contacted told me it would have to wait until next week during the day. Except….DrainWorks. They showed up at 10 o’clock and fixed the blockage which was 20 feet down the drain. Jermey then changed over my hot and cold water lines which a previous plumber had put on in reverse. Problem with a backed up toilet:

“I had a problem recently with a backed-up toilet at my house. I was not looking forward to dealing with a plumber. Well, I could not be more wrong. I submitted my request via their website and I was expecting to get a call maybe in the following week. It took less than 10 minutes and that’s probably because they called home first. I spoke to Sandy and her level of professionalism was incredible. She did all in her power to accommodate my work schedule and she even allowed me to confirm with someone else that someone was going to be home. When I called her back, I was able to reach her again easily. On the day of the service, Matt showed up exactly on time and ready to give me an estimate and to perform the work. He explained the options I had and how he would proceed. He made sure to protect my floor and even went as far as covering his boots to make sure again not to dirty the floor. Once everything was fixed, he even gave me some advice about plunger type (I had the wrong type for the type of toilet) and tested the toilet thoroughly to make sure that the solution was indeed a lasting one. All in all, even if Matt indicated that they were not the cheapest, I would still go with DrainWorks because you can’t put a price on great service and professionalism.
