“Really, who would have thought that pulling a company out of the yellow pages with no reference would end up with such good service. I was totally impressed. Matt the technician was on time (very important when you have a newborn) and introduced himself very politely.
He put on his little red shoe covers and gloves and started to work quietly (as the baby was asleep). He didn’t need to but he did. I couldn’t believe that he went in and out of the house many times and every single time, he took off the shoe covers to go outside and put them back on again to come in. I watched, simply becuase I thought he’d forget at least once and he never did.
Anyway, he explained everything that he found, what he did and made his recommendation. I totally had a first class experience and would defifitely use this company again and/or refer them to others.
