The word “service” might just as well be a four-letter word the way
some people choose to deliver it. Here’s a definition of the word that
I like and try to live by every day:
The professional installation, maintenance, or repair of property provided by our team and guaranteed by our company.
Is that so hard? Guaranteeing the work you do? Promising to be on
time? Being spotless in someone else’s home? Really, is that so hard
to do?
If you are in business and you can’t make and keep these three simple
promises, please feel free to go away and leave us all alone. Thank
you.
