I had accidentally dropped my diamond earing into the sink and it slid into the drain. I called Drainworks and a an appointment was made right away. Armando arrived a few hours later and was able to retrieve the earing. The service was excellent from the moment I called to the final handshake at the door. Friendly, courteous, and professional.
