Alison in Burlington: “Fast, professional and comforting” Having a backed up sewage pipe is never a fun experience but the staff at DrainWorks Plumbing made it a little less stressful. When we called they made every effort to get to us as fast as they could and arrived 2 hrs ahead of the estimated time given. The technician that arrived was respectful of our home and very professional. He got right to work and cleared up the problem within minutes. He answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable time.
