Sarah in Toronto: We called drainworks when our basement was flooding each time we used the washing machine or dishwasher. We initially thought that perhaps we could do the work ourselves, but we soon found out that we needed to have experts in. J.P. and William in the office were very friendly and booked the appointment for the next morning. Matt came right on time (they called me half an hour before he showed up to let me know that he was on his way) Matt was professional, thorough and hard working. He identified all of the problems and let us know the next steps that he would be taking to solve the blockage. He answered our many questions with in depth answers. The prices are within the norm for the industry, but the professionalism of all of the employees made it definitely worth it, we would use them again.
