INTERNAL REPAIRS

Some situations can't be resolved using external excavation. As a result DrainWorks uses an internal water control system that features an air-gap drainage membrane which directs the flow of water to a network of drainage pipes installed below the basement floor.

CRACKS

Caused from curing or settlement/ shifting of the foundation. Over time, cracks can and will develop causing foundation leaks. Internally and/or externally, cracks are repaired using a series of plugs, drains and rubbers. A full inspection is required to determine the best course of action.
