A quick note on the importance of being community-minded

Community really matters here at DrainWorks. As a small business, we know how much we rely on the communities we are privileged to serve, and we don’t take that fact lightly. Throughout the year, with a variety of initiatives, our team makes it a point to raise and donate funds for charities that have a big impact on our communities. It is also important for us to know how these communities feel about our service; so one initiative is for any feedback placed on HomeStars.com by our customers, we will make a donation in that customers name to one of the charities we support. We do this because like you, we know that caring communities don’t just grow themselves – they really do need a helping hand. DrainWorks, along with our customers has proudly donated thousands of dollars over the years to great charities like SickKids and Easter Seals and we look forward to continuing to support our community through these charitable efforts. This week, I just wanted to share how proud I am of the great DrainWorks team effort.
Here’s a picture of DrainWorks staff proudly receiving a plaque from the SickKids Foundation in recognition of our fund raising efforts.
