Review: Bathroom Sink Not Draining by John from Brampton

I will start with my phone call. I left a message at DrainWorks, and within 10 minutes William had returned my call, he took my information and asked about the issue that I was having. Considering that it was a Saturday when I called, I figured that I would not get service that day. William informed me that there would be a technician there between 11am and 3pm (today) and that he would call a half hour prior. I received a call from William at 11:15am, wherein he informed me that the tech would be there in about 30-40 minutes.

Sure enough, 11:45am, the tech, Matt Achcinski, was ringing my door bell. Matt was very polite with his introduction and was well identified. Before he came into the living room he put on a pair of red booties over his shoes.

The team of DrainWorks plumbers wear little slippers over their boots when entering your home so as to keep it clean. Who knows, we might even show up with little red elf slippers over our boots this holiday season ; )

I took Matt to my issue in the upstairs bathroom. He asked me questions about the toilet draining and the shower draining as he was troubleshooting and narrowing down to the blockage. Matt started work at the bathroom sink, and as he was working, we got into a conversation about plumbing. Matt was very professional/knowledgeable, and had given me the information to which I asked. My wife and I are thinking of putting a bathroom in the basement. Matt took the time to look at where I was planning to install this bathroom. He informed me on my options on which way I could perform this project. I asked if DrainWorks perform the rough in? I was given a ballpark dollar figure… DrianWorks WILL be returning to my home. Thank you, William and Matt.

Wearing protective slippers over our boots to keep your home clean is just one of the many ways we go over and beyond to satisfy you, the customer.

Happy Holidays everyone.
