With extreme appreciation we would like to thank everyone who has written a review on HomeStars with their feedback, acknowledging our efforts and helping to build our gold star reputation.

Let’s take a look a few recent customer reviews from HomeStars.com that highlight the Big DrainWorks Difference, where customer service is our top priority.

First we hear from Maggione in Mississauga.

Replacement of Drains: I ran into drain problems about a week ago and Drain Works Plumbing was recommended to me. I called them and they promptly scheduled an appointment. When they came they quickly assessed the problem (I have a one hundred year old house which had original clay drains with significant tree root infiltration). This is not an item I had on my New Year’s wish list but these things always happen when you never expect them. After the initial assessment and some initial work they strongly recommended I replace the clay drains. Not being familiar with this type of work I had a lot of questions and the supervisor took the time to very thoroughly explain what needed to be done and why. I approved the work and most of the drains were replaced in 3 days! The team who completed the work was very professional and organized. The work involved digging both outside the house and in the basement and I have to admit I was very apprehensive about how my house would look like at the end of it. To my surprise, they were able to replace the majority of the trains without much disruption. The exterior looks like it was never touched and the basement only requires one small room to be refurbished. Overall I am very happy with how everything went. The cost was reasonable for the work that was done and again, the staff very qualified, courteous, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Drain Works. Maggione in Mississauga

Next we hear from Maria D. Who as a repeat customer has witnessed the DrainWorks difference on 4 separate occasions.

Service: Prompt service. This is fourth time I called them. Twice for kitchen drain clogging, once for new taps for shower and this time for drain installation for dishwasher. Luke was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a good job and stayed to test for any leaks so that we did not have to call him back. Thank you. Maria D.

Up next we hear from David Drew, who had never seen anything like the service DrainWorks provided.

10ft down: This was an ugly job that was handled efficiently very little stress for me. They scoped they calculated and they hit the problem dead on. I have never seen two guys dig 10 ft straight down in such an organized manner. They were contentious extremely tidy and their clean up was beyond my expectations. Highly recommended. David Drew

And last but not least, Sarah from Toronto.

Clog in the sewer? No problem: I had a clogged basement drain. I called Drainworks and was given a super fast response. They arrived right when they said they would. The service technician’s name was Matt (I hope I remembered that correctly) and was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing, showed me on the camera afterwards, and gave good advice for any future work I need. From the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, to the technician at my house every thing was fantastic. AND as if the world isn’t small enough, it turns out The technician was the same one that came out in 2006 when I needed most of the sewer drain replaced (from the ancient clay to new plastic) and they were amazing then too. That was a big job, but they were fast, professional and very clean. Having the same staff 13 years later reflects very well on a company. Drainworks is my “go-to” plumbing’s company I call if I have a problem. Sarah from Toronto

Hopefully these small sample of reviews demonstrates how we do things a little bit differently, so when there’s a problem, give us a call or book online.
