First and foremost, we hope you, and your family are safe and healthy. These are challenging times and information is changing daily, which is why we wanted to reach out and provide an update.
As an essential service provider, DrainWorks Plumbing is open and in full operation. Our hours of operation have not changed. Access to running water and sewage facilities at your home is essential, especially now when we are advised to do our part and stay home. The increased use of our homes plumbing could bring on unexpected required repairs. We are here for you, offering the help you need when you need it most.
We want you to know that we are taking all precautions and protective measures to keep our employees and clients safe, ensuring we can continue to meet your required service needs while also prioritizing the health, safety and security of our clients and employees.
We are screening our clients for anyone that has flu like symptoms or has travelled or needs to be quarantined. We will not send an employee to your home if anyone has flu like symptoms or needs to be in self isolation. We are eliminating all physical contact and practice social distancing. Our plumbers who already adhere to a high level of cleanliness will be even further diligent in disinfecting personally and the spaces they work in. All communally shared devises will be sanitized both before and after each use. All our employees are prepared with personal protective equipment.
